Our Story
Our Vision
We want to live in a world where every child has a loving family to call their own.
Our Mission
By educating and equipping the church, Boone and his dad Cecil want to connect forever families to every legally free child in foster care.
100,000 Kids
Approximately 100,000 children are available for adoption in the United States.
300,000 Churches
Approximately 300,000 Christian churches are in the United States.
1 Out of 3 Churches
If one family out of every three Christian churches in this country adopted a foster child, we would have no orphans in this country.
Our Journey
Cecil Stokes is a single dad who adopted his son Boone at 8 years old.
Boone had been in foster care for 3 years after being taken from his birth family. Though he would have preferred to be married first, Cecil wanted to be a dad while he was young enough to play around and do all the things he dreamed of doing with his son.
Boone has blossomed with structure, consistency and unconditional love. Now, both father and son travel the country and tell their story to any group or church that will have them.
They know the brutal and the beautiful of adopting from foster care and want to educate and encourage others to follow that same path.

"I had the privilege of being in the audience for Boone and Cecil's event last night. It was an amazing 45 minutes!...
... Boone and Cecil were candid and honest. Their story was captivating and heartwarming. As a social worker, I have heard lots of foster care/adoption stories, but this one was special. They had everyone in the room laughing and crying. These two have such a love for each other and their story of perseverance touched the hearts of everyone present. These two have such a story to tell, and are very excited about telling everyone. They are both passionate about helping children in foster care find their forever families. I can't wait to have them come back to share their story again." - Robin Robbins Fox
